One nourishing day where you don’t have to be the responsible one.

The Sacred Pause is a one-day women’s wellbeing workshop created for women who carry a lot — the organising, the decisions, the caring, the work and the endless mental load — and would love a day where they can simply put some of it down.

Held in the country quiet of Buchan, this is not about fixing yourself, becoming a “better” version of yourself or performing vulnerability. You don’t need to be spiritual, have any previous workshop experience or share your story. Every practice is an invitation, and you are always free to participate, adapt, observe, rest or step away.

What makes The Sacred Pause special

Spring brings an invitation to gently reawaken, to make room for a little more light, creativity, possibility and curiosity about what might be ready to emerge.

Throughout the day, we’ll move between gentle practices, beautiful food, reflection, rest, laughter and ordinary conversation. There is no pressure to have a breakthrough or achieve anything.

Your day includes a professionally facilitated small-group experience, gentle somatic movement, a cacao ritual, seasonal reflection, a dedicated sound-healing session, morning tea, a nourishing long-table lunch and afternoon refreshments. You’ll also receive a workshop journal and reflection materials, plus a simple take-home audio practice and homecoming guide.

What you may take home

There are no promises about exactly how you’ll feel at the end of the day. Instead, The Sacred Pause creates space for you to slow down, reconnect and notice what you need.

You may leave with a clearer sense of what you want to nurture, permission to begin gently rather than perfectly, renewed creativity and possibility, a simple wellbeing practice to return to, meaningful connection with other women and perhaps the reminder that you matter within the life you have built.

Come exactly as you are.

There may be reflection. There may be tears. But there’ll also be good food, bare feet, laughter, connection and ordinary conversation.
