This five part series of workshops explores a variety of movement and soul led practices with intention to recognise, navigate and release common energy signatures, otherwise known as e-motions.

Each workshop will focus on a themed emotion as we collectively explore our inner dialogue of awareness to get to know the energy that lies beneath the story in our minds. When we can explore and see ourselves as energetic beings we give ourselves the ability to be present with and effectively shift what is no longer serving us and pave our routes back to centre, our core true nature.

Fortunately we are not alone on this journey AND we are already whole.

Using structured and improvisational movement and creative practices, we can deepen our embodiment, raise our emotional intelligence and integrate more fully into unity consciousness and sovereignty.

Week 1 (July 17th) Anger, Rage, Frustration and Resentment

Week 2 (2nd Aug) Shame, guilt, powerlessness- postponed to oct 11th

Week 3 (16th Aug) Grief, sadness and hurt

Week 4 (4th Sept) Fear, worry, anxiety

Week 5 (13th Sept) Joy, ecstasy, pleasure

Workshops open to all ages and identities and are strictly limited to a small number of participants.

Full authenticity is the only prerequisite.
