We are so excited to invite you into Sacred Polarity, on November 1st—a full-day immersive retreat held by Clara and Simon, a journey into the dance between Yin and Yang.

Together, we will explore the body's innate intelligence and the natural polarity that exists within all things: light and dark, masculine and feminine, expansion and contraction, breath in and breath out, effort and surrender.

Many of us find ourselves living from one side of the spectrum, always doing, always striving, always giving—or perhaps withdrawing, holding back, and struggling to fully express ourselves. Yet wholeness is found not in choosing one over the other, but in learning to honour and integrate both.

Through breathwork, movement, bodywork, sound, and somatic practices, we will explore what it feels like to embody both Yin and Yang, not as opposing forces, but as complementary expressions of the same life force, restoring the natural rhythm between effort and surrender, strength and softness, action and presence.

Drawing from the 2 worlds of science-based techniques and ancient practices, Simon creates immersive experiences that empower individuals to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate inner resilience, and experience profound emotional release.
