The event will consist of a gentle Hatha Yoga practice, accompanied by live music and Sound Healing, allowing your nervous system to reset, and your energy to return to a state of peace and tranquility.

Held in a beautiful sacred venue in Manly, this practice will be immersive for your body, mind and senses - with a 75 minute guided yoga practice, accompanied by improvised live sound. Followed by deep surrender with a 20 minute savasana (deep rest) and sound healing experience for integration.

This practice offers a dive deep into nourishment and restoration to support awareness of the body, patterns of thought, and energetic states. The evening offers an opportunity to reset our systems for wellness, balance and grounding.
