Through stillness, breath, and long-held yin poses, you’ll be guided through a deeply nourishing journey designed to support emotional release, inner reflection, and a sense of quiet renewal.

This is an invitation to soften what’s been guarded, reflect, and rest deeply in a supportive and nurturing space.

Your instructor for this evening, Darlene, brings over 20 years of experience and a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her teaching. Known and loved for her nurturing presence and calming voice, she creates a gentle space where students feel safe to slow down, open, and be held. Whether you’re new to yin or returning to the practice, her classes are a true balm for the mind, body, and heart.
