This evening is an invitation to gently soften the layers we carry: the tension in the body, the stories in the mind, and the emotions we haven’t had space to fully process.

Sacred Rest is a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga experience designed to support emotional release, inner clarity, and a sense of lightness.

Through long-held, supported yin poses, guided stillness, and subtle heart-opening practices, you’ll be given the space to allow what’s ready to move, to move.

Your evening includes:

A heart-opening herbal tea to gently arrive and ground
Slow, supported yin yoga to release stored tension in the body
Aromatherapy to soften and settle the nervous system
Guided breathwork to help shift and clear emotional buildup
Yoga Nidra for deep rest and integration
Journaling prompts to bring awareness to what you’re ready to release
Mantra meditation to support letting go and reconnecting inward
A nourishing sweet treat to close with warmth

Darlene brings over 20 years of experience and is known for creating spaces where people can truly exhale, open, and be held without pressure or expectation.

Yoga mat (or hire one for $2)
Pillow, blanket, and cozy socks
Bolster and eye pillow (or 2 large towels instead) – bolsters and eye pillows available for purchase in our shop
