This evening will be a chance to pause, soften, and attune to the blossoming energy of spring. Together we’ll journey through journalling, cacao, a creative activity, and close with a restorative meditation and sound bath.

Our heart-opening cacao is lovingly prepared with pure cacao, organic soy milk, cinnamon, and a touch of maple syrup—a nourishing treat to awaken your senses and warm your heart.

To make the most of your experience, please bring along:
