A half-day sacred journey for the Awakening Woman

Sacred She is more than a workshop, it is a devotional rite of return. Together we gather in circle to soften, to remember, and to weave ourselves back into rhythm with the elements, the heart, and the ancient lineage of women before us.

Guided by Annalisa (Cacao & Feminine Embodiment Facilitator) and Angela Jelita aka AnJel (Ecstatic Dance DJ, Singer & Ceremonialist), this half-day retreat is a tender initiation into the mysteries of the rose, the medicine of cacao, and the wild wisdom of your body.

It is also alive with vibe, joy, and play. We bring the depth and the lightness, the medicine and the music, the softness and the wildness. Expect laughter, sweat, goosebumps, and maybe even a few tears as you are held, witnessed, and celebrated. This is a space of sisterhood, ceremony, and freedom, where fun, creativity, and reverence meet

Through ceremony, movement, and sound, we will journey into the feminine seasons, from the budding maiden, to the blooming mother, to the deepening maga, and the wise crone. Each phase mirrored in the rose as she opens, softens, and surrenders, teaching us the beauty of our own becoming.

✨ Closing Ritual – a final seal, blessing, and return to self

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

Annalisa is a feminine embodiment guide, sacred space holder, and cacao ceremonialist devoted to helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, hearts, and natural rhythms. With over two decades of experience weaving ritual, sound, movement, and energetics, she holds grounded, heart-led spaces that honour the sacred feminine. Through her cacao journeys and embodiment practices, Annalisa gently guides women back to their inner temple, supporting them to soften, feel, and remember the power that lives within.

Angela Jelita (aka AnJel) is a passionate Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, DJ, Vocalist, Energy Healer and Ceremonialist. She comes alive when holding space for others to experience absolute freedom and bliss through her favourite medicines of music and movement. Her Reiki-infused ecstatic dance sets are a fusion of organic and world rhythms, Afro house, Afro tech, Latin house, psytrance and big drops. AnJel is known for drawing others into their own vitality, freedom, and wild joy through the high energy that she channels in her sets.
