Sacred Shift - Hatha Yoga for Her Soul
A Goddess Rituals Practice with Jennifer

Tuesday, 18th February 2025 | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Arrive at 6:45 PM – Class begins promptly at 7:00 PM

Location: The Green, Next to Dee Why Lagoon (Just off Clyde Rd)

Sister, this is your invitation to pause, reflect, and realign—never with judgment, only with kindness and love for yourself. Only when we slow down can we truly observe our habits and patterns, recognising what serves us and what we are ready to release.

Through pranayama, mindful movement, and meditation, we will cultivate awareness, gratitude, and growth, embracing each moment with an open heart. This is a space to soften, to breathe deeply, and to remember the sacred wisdom that already exists within you.

This class is for every woman seeking to slow down, reconnect, and realign with her inner wisdom. Open to all levels, ages, and backgrounds, we gather to move, breathe, and reflect together in a sacred space of support and sisterhood.

What to Bring:
🌿 A yoga mat
🌿 A bottle of water
🌿 Something warm to stay cosy in the evening breeze

In case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled. If you’re unable to make the new date, you’ll be offered a full refund.

This is your time, sister—to breathe deeply, to let go, and to embrace the shift within. I look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you.

Spaces are limited. Please arrive on time, as we will not be able to accept late arrivals (after 7 PM) to honour the sacredness of our space.

With love,
Jennifer Amber Storey ✨
