Welcome!

We are truly delighted to be offering this 3 hour magical experience, where we will be guiding you through a journey of sacred cacao connection, movement of the body, guided meditation and sound healing.

As we come together in circle we will experience the gentle yet powerful spirit and energy of cacao. She is an ancient healer and teacher. Combined with the medicine of movement, meditation and sound you will be guided and supported in your healing. You will be taken out of your mind and into your heart space, to a place of awakening and embodied connection where you may receive clarity, guidance, healing and activation.

This time is a time for YOU. Where, as soon as you walk through the door, you can leave all your worries behind and let go. Allowing yourself to receive the inner wisdom that lies within you.

We will finish off our journey together with some light refreshments and chats around the fire, connecting and enjoying the earthly elements that surround us.

Please note that this is an intimate event and as spaces are limited, make sure to grab your spot as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

WHAT TO BRING

Yoga mat
Cushion
Small blanket
Water bottle
Dress comfortably & warm
Journal & pen in case you wish to note down any insights received during the circle
Item for the altar such as a crystal or any other item that feels right for you (optional)

PREPARATION & PRECAUTIONS

If you need to eat beforehand, try to have a light meal about 2-3 hours beforehand.

Drink lots of water, avoid alcohol and any other recreational substances that day and preferably the day before and on the day.

Coconut milk & maple syrup will be used on the day. If you have allergies to these items please advise so that this can be accommodated on the day.

Please advise if you are on any medications such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, if you are pregnant, if you have any heart conditions or if you have any blood pressure conditions.

If you have any other serious health conditions or taking any medication that you are unsure of with regards to ceremonial cacao please get in touch or consult your GP.
