Sacred Song Circle

This is a place to release, heal, meet, be in joy and witness ourselves and others through the sweet medicine of our own music and sound.

What to expect?
You do not need to know how to sing and we'll all be singing/chanting together. It's not about being an excellent singer, more about using your voice and body in a different/ more expansive way.Kind of like Kirtan but we sing sacred medicine/heart songs mostly in English with the medicine drum.I guide the group, but we primarily follow the flow of the song and the energy coming through. Sometimes the sound and sentiment emerging is quiet and reflective and sometimes the song leads us into joyful expression, and sometimes both.In following the energy, we open ourselves up to transformational vibrational shifts. Through using our own sound power, we can clear through energetic and emotional blocks in our own systems and release anything no longer serving us.

Your guide
Charlotte is an intuitive, musician and guide, specialising in Sound and Ancestral Reconnection work.

She has strong connection to sound, spirit and nature energies and through ceremony weaves these guardians into all her work.She has a background in coaching, hypnotherapy and energy medicine but also brings in 15 years formal music education, particular interest in sacred sound and chant and formal training in family constellation and generational trauma release work.Above all, this work is about healing, empowerment and courageous authenticity.
