Sacred Soul is a creation birthed from the unconditional love & devotion we share in our sacred union, as well as our aligned purpose and passion for healing ourselves, & others.

We share a blissful combination of all of the divine healing modalities we both personally embody & love.

We wish to share our gifts & extend this with the world, & our mission is to provide the most heart opening, soul activating offerings from the depths of our being, & to create a ripple effect of positive change in the world as a result.

Nick is a Soma breath & meditation instructor & sound healer, whilst Ananda is a facilitator of yoga, tai chi, breath, meditation, reiki, cacao, as well as being a sound healing goddess.

We decided to bring all of our gifts together into a powerful 2hour healing portal, so you can experience this incredible combination for yourself.

Our Sacred Soul Ceremony is about deepening into the heart, through a process of opening, letting go, connecting to self & realigning the body, mind, heart & soul. This journey is a safe space for deep transformation & recalibration on a cellular level.

An ancient spiritual purification practice with Palo Santo

Cacao Ceremony

A ritual to look inside your soul with the heart opening plant medicine of cacao (Highest quality ceremonial Peruvian Cacao provided by Tribal Moon)

Meditation 

Be guided within & come to stillness as we explore our inner landscape. Calming the mind & nourishing the soul through visualisation practices.

Breathwork

Harnessing the breath to take you into a higher state of consciousness where the natural self-healing abilities of the body are activated.

Sound Healing

Weaving together sound vibrations from flute, didgeridoo, shamanic drums, crystal bowls, koshies, rain stick, & gong. Immersing you in a range of sound frequencies that promote deep relaxation, and energetic release, allowing you to recalibrate on a cellular level.

WHAT TO BRING: Warm comfortable clothing, Fresh water, a note pad and pen if you feel inspired to journal any insights gained.

Note: Avoid caffeine on the day of the sound journey. Eat lightly, in the morning and in the hours leading up to the ceremony, as this will enhance your breathwork & sound healing experience. Remember to always listen to your body first however, & stay hydrated as possible before.
