We’re bringing our Ceremonial Bliss to Adelaide again, as we journey at the luxurious equilibrium wellness space this April!
Sacred Soul is a creation birthed from the unconditional love we share in our divine union, as well as our aligned purpose & devotion to expanding consciousness.
Nick is a certified SOMA breath & meditation instructor, Rebirthing breathwork practitioner, Reiki energy healer & Sound alchemist
Ananda has 14 years experience in the holistic health & wellness industry, & is a ceremonial space holder, specialising as a Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, as well as 300hr yoga teacher, tai chi, pranayama, meditation, reiki energy healer, as well as being a sound healing Goddess.
We share a blissful combination of all of the divine healing modalities we both embody & love.
We wish to empower individuals with our work, & our mission is to provide the most heart opening, soul activating offerings from the depths of our being, & to create a ripple effect of positive change in the world as a result.

Cacao Ceremony A ritual to look inside your soul with the heart opening plant medicine of cacao (Highest quality ceremonial Peruvian Cacao provided by Tribal Moon)
Meditation Be guided within & come to stillness as we explore our inner landscape. Calming the mind & nourishing the soul through visualisation practices.
Breathwork Harnessing the breath to take you into a higher state of consciousness where the natural self-healing abilities of the body are activated.
Sound Healing Weaving together sound vibrations from voice, flute, didgeridoo, shamanic drums, crystal bowls, koshies, rain stick, & gong. Immersing you in a range of sound frequencies that promote deep relaxation, & energetic release, encouraging integration, balance and deep recalibration.

WHAT TO BRING:
Warm comfortable clothing, Fresh water, a note pad & pen if you feel inspired to journal any insights gained.
Note: Avoid caffeine on the day of the sound journey. Eat lightly, in the morning & in the hours leading up to the ceremony, as this will enhance your breathwork & sound healing experience. Remember to always listen to your body first however, & stay well hydrated.
