Adam and Neelam are both very experienced facilitators of Breathwork and are very passionate about guiding participants to their own healing and self-realization and awakening the true self, free from limiting belief systems, programming, conditioning, and past hurts, wounding and traumas.
We engage breath awareness and a variety of Conscious Connected breathing methods, hypnosis, frequency music and somatic body work.
