Through a guided, soul-led breathwork practice, you’ll be invited to shed emotional density and access the wisdom encoded within your body. As the Moon is eclipsed, you’ll journey inward — breathing into the shadow, remembering your truth, and emerging reborn into the light of your own becoming.

Together we will honour this powerful lunar portal with a heart-opening cacao ritual, guided reflection, and intentional release. Through journaling, movement, and symbolic letting go, we’ll align with the eclipse’s energy of completion and rebirth — calling in new beginnings, expanded vision, and a deeper remembrance of who you came here to be.

Meet Your Facilitators

Melissa Melrose

Melissa is a dedicated guide with over 30 years of experience in transformative healing and self-discovery. As a Qualified 'Rebirthing' Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach, and IIN Holistic Health Coach, she offers a unique blend of expertise rooted in her personal journey of overcoming adversity.

Born as a highly sensitive empath, Melissa navigated challenges such as depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and abusive relationships. Her commitment to inner work and holistic practices led her to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, particularly the 'Rebirthing' technique, which she studied under mentor Ron Bass.

Melissa integrates Breathwork with yoga, psycho-spiritual coaching and holistic health principles, creating a comprehensive approach that honours the mind-body-spirit connection. Her sessions are guided by intuition, compassion, and a deep understanding gained from her own healing journey.

Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee from Healing Hands Energy is an intuitive and energetics healer/mentor.
She has been studying, practicing, and integrating her practice for over five years.

Her life experience has brought her to a place where women can be heard, seen, and felt, as Michelle understands the key to unlocking these aspects for them. She hears you and guides you into feeling and speaking your truth. Michelle believes that connecting with our heart space is the true relationship we have with ourselves. She invites you to join her in meditation and feel the vibrations of the sounds.
