Through a gentle fusion of sound, breath, and ritual, you will be guided to:

Be bathed in the healing resonance of crystal bowls and sacred frequencies that guide you into deep rest and remembrance. The vibrations will soothe your nervous system, dissolve stagnant energy, and open the space within to receive peace, clarity, and integration. As the year draws to a close, sound becomes your ally in releasing the weight of what has been and harmonizing with what is yet to unfold.

🌬 Breathwork Journey with Melissa
Through a guided, heart-led breathwork practice, you’ll be invited to exhale the stories of the year and breathe life into the next chapter of your becoming. Each breath becomes an act of reflection and renewal — a bridge between who you have been and who you are ready to embody.

🔥 Sacred Ceremony & Reflection
Together we’ll honour 2025 with ritual, guided reflection, and intention setting. Through cacao, journaling, and movement, you’ll anchor the wisdom of your experiences and open to the energy of possibility that awaits in 2026.

Meet Your Facilitators

Melissa Melrose

Melissa is a dedicated guide with over 30 years of experience in transformative healing and self-discovery. As a Qualified 'Rebirthing' Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach, and IIN Holistic Health Coach, she offers a unique blend of expertise rooted in her personal journey of overcoming adversity.

Born as a highly sensitive empath, Melissa navigated challenges such as depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and abusive relationships. Her commitment to inner work and holistic practices led her to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, particularly the 'Rebirthing' technique, which she studied under mentor Ron Bass.

Melissa integrates Breathwork with yoga, psycho-spiritual coaching and holistic health principles, creating a comprehensive approach that honours the mind-body-spirit connection. Her sessions are guided by intuition, compassion, and a deep understanding gained from her own healing journey.

Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee from Healing Hands Energy is an intuitive and energetics healer/mentor.
She has been studying, practicing, and integrating her practice for over five years.

Her life experience has brought her to a place where women can be heard, seen, and felt, as Michelle understands the key to unlocking these aspects for them. She hears you and guides you into feeling and speaking your truth. Michelle believes that connecting with our heart space is the true relationship we have with ourselves. She invites you to join her in meditation and feel the vibrations of the sounds.
