Immerse in the magic of Sound 🌀
This 2 hour workshop delivers an introduction to cymatics, the study of sound made visible and how sound shapes physical matter. It is designed to help reinvigorate the body and mind through sound as Art.
Beyond the powerful benefits of receiving Sound lies an invisible layer of magic, held in the patterns and designs which sound frequencies visually create.
Abby from Wings of Aum will guide participants through a crystal bowl sound journey with Melissa of Tribe Eleven weaving guided visual art exercises throughout, where participants have the opportunity to draw frequency patterns as they visualise them.
The session will then gently consolidate with a 20 minute crystal bowl sound healing.
These workshops are designed to open the mind and activate the energetic bodies whilst soothing the physical and emotional ones. No experience is required and all supplies are provided.
Held on the grounds of the stunning Elevation Retreat space, this experience invites you to a reconnection to Oneness and rejuvenation amidst the busy-ness of human life.
