This immersive experience begins with a gentle guided meditation, allowing you to settle into the present moment before being carried on a deeply restorative sound journey.

Surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, shamanic drum and other healing instruments, you'll be invited into a space of profound relaxation where your body can soften, your mind can become still, and your whole being can simply receive.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, carrying stress, or simply longing for a moment of peace, this monthly gathering offers a nurturing space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

No experience with meditation is necessary- simply come exactly as you are.
