Please ensure that the below Liability Waiver/Health Declaration form has been completed prior to the session. If there are more than one of you coming along to the session, please ensure that each participant completes the form.
LIABILITY WAIVER/HEALTH DECLARATION FORM
BEFORE THE SESSION:
Please avoid eating a heavy meal 3-4 hours before the session or any alcohol or substance use 24 hours prior.
ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED - mats, blankets, cushions, eye masks. Just bring your beautiful self.
· Wear comfortable loose clothing. No belts or jewellery.
