Sacred Sound Circle

Let's gather again friends and be in spellbound vibration with each other once more for this community gathering. This is a place to release, heal, meet, witness ourselves and others through the sweet medicine of our own music and sound.

What to expect?
This is a unique, immersive sound experience, unlike song circles you may have attended before. We sit in a ceremonial space and sink into a meditative state together through the chanting/singing of sacred, medicine and heart songs.

I will guide the group, but we primarily follow the flow of the song and the energy coming through. Sometimes the sound and sentiment emerging is quiet and reflective and sometimes the song leads us into joyful expression, and sometimes both.

In following the energy, we open ourselves up to transformational vibrational shifts. Through using our own sound power, we can clear through energetic and emotional blocks in our own systems and release anything no longer serving us.

Throughout the session, it is totally normal to laugh, to cry, to feel space and freedom, to let go of what no longer serves. All of this is welcome and held. It is also normal to leave this session feeling a sense of euphoria and excitement.

Those who want to be free to make untamed sound and use their voices!
Those who are open and curious to witness how their own sound energy can shift their vibrational states and those who are looking to journey with sound in a participatory, ceremonial way.

The session aims to support participants in embodying free, heart-centered, aware expression.This is a safe, non-judgmental space, so singing ability is not important and won’t be relevant during the session. This session is for adults, please contact me for more information on the kids’ sessions.

Your guide
Charlotte is an intuitive healer, musician and earth guide. Highly attuned to energy, sound and spirit, she works with source to help others step into the deep truth of their authentic soul selves. Working ceremonially, she supports people to harness the power of their own lifeforce energy in order to remember how wildly powerful they are and how important their light is. She has over 15 years formal classical music training, 8 further years specialising in sacred sound, mantra and ancestral connection and a background in coaching and hypnotherapy. She is a guide through the darkness on this journey towards the light.
