We are moving on to the the energy field of emotion (water) for this week's Sacred Sound Healing. Our emotions are important for our wellbeing as they motivate us for action, and assist us to communicate and connect with self and others. Sometimes though we may have difficulties being aware of our emotions, and how best to manage them. Our emotional energy field might be on overdrive or it could be depleted impacting other energy fields. Our physical body is one of the energy fields that is highly likely to be impacted.

Blockages and in-balances in other energy fields can also impact our emotions. For example; holding onto fixed beliefs/thoughts about how someone else should have behaved, may close you off from experiencing the emotions of joy and love. Pain tapes we have stored within our physical body, can also trigger our emotional response to situations, which may not be based on fact. We respond to something as a threat but in reality it is not. If we are not in tune with the energy of emotion, then we may respond in ways that are not healthy for us or others.

We require all of our energy fields to be in balance for our overall wellbeing.

So come along this Sunday, set your intention for your own healing and let it marry with the frequency of sound, and open yourself to a new pathway for wellbeing.

What to Bring:

- yoga mat or portable light mattress (something nice to lay on)

- pillow and booster (if you need something to support your head and lower back)

- a blanket (to keep warm)

- water bottle

- comfortable clothes (PJ's are welcome)

- you might like to bring some crystals / stones that support you and for making a medicine wheel / grid around you. (optional)

- anything you need for your comfort and wellbeing.

Bookings and payment are to be completed online prior to the event. No at the door payments. Places are limited - so please book early to secure your spot.

Tickets:

General - $15 per person or

Concession - $10 per person.

Please aim to arrive by 4.50pm to set up your space.

As there are still Covid-19 Health Restrictions in place, all attendees will need to adhere to the social distancing requirements for indoor events. To reduce physical contact points, bookings and payments are to be made online and there will be no passing of the marriage basket / talking stick or shared supper. There will also be no extra blankets available on the night, so please ensure you bring what you need to be comfortable and warm.

Do not attend this event if you have or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone who is, or if you have been interstate or overseas in the last 2 weeks or been in contact with someone who has been interstate or overseas in the last two weeks.
