Joyful Kookaburra's Sunday Group Sound Healing is currently focusing on the 5 core energy fields for wellness, consisting of Physical, Emotion, Mental, Soul & Spirit. We will kick off the series on Sunday 12 September focusing on our physical body, and will finish on Sunday 24 October 2021 with the energy field of Source / Spirit.

People can choose to attend all of the sessions to get the most benefit, or select which weeks work for them.

Week One: we will be focusing on the energy field of Physical. The key to physical wellness is the ability to be present, to be in tune with our body and its sensations and our breathing.

Week Two: we move onto the energy field of Emotion. Our emotions are important for our wellbeing as they motivate us for action and assist us to communicate and connect with self and others. Sometimes though we may have difficulties being aware of our emotions, and how best to manage them.

Week Three: we move onto the energy field of Mental. The thoughts, beliefs and ideas that we hold onto have a significant influence on our wellbeing, our connections with others and our sense of fulfilment in life.

Week Four: we will move onto the energy field of Soul. The language of the Soul is our intuition. The soul sends us many messages and is here to support us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually on our path of heart in this lifetime.

Week Five: we move onto the energy field of Spirit (Source). The language of Spirit is Silence. Keys to opening the door to the healing light energy of Spirit is being able to rest in silence and allowing natural healing processes to occur.

So come along and experience a relaxing and restorative sound bath for your energy fields. Set your intention and let it marry with the frequency of sound, and open yourself to a new pathway for healing, wellbeing and manifestation.

What to Bring:

- yoga mat or portable light mattress (something nice to lay on)

- pillow and booster (if you need something to support your head and lower back)

- a blanket (to keep warm)

- water bottle

- comfortable clothes (PJ's are welcome)

- you might like to bring some crystals / stones that support you and for making a medicine wheel / grid around you. (optional)

- anything you need for your comfort and wellbeing.

General - $20 per person or

Concession - $15 per person.

Joyful Kookaburra Sound Sessions are created via an Integral Sound Healing process, which uses different sound tools, tones & techniques to work within and across different energy fields (physical, emotion, mental, soul & source). The vibration & frequency of the sound, coupled with your own personal intention assists to open new pathways for healing, wellbeing, and manifestation. Sessions are facilitated by a qualified Integral Sound Healing Practitioner (Group & Individual), and member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
