This Sunday's Joyful Kookaburra Sound Healing will be the first in a five session series focusing on our five core energy fields. This consists of Physical, Emotion, Mental, Soul and Source. We will start off the series focusing on Physical, moving onto each of the other energy fields in subsequent weeks.

Keys to physical wellness is being present and aware of our body's sensations and our breathing. Sometimes blockages and imbalances (over and under activity) in other energy fields such as emotion and mental domains may hinder being fully aware and of our bodies sensations and what our body is telling us. There can also be disconnections between our physical and spiritual energy fields (e.g. preferring to be out of our body rather than being within it, or being so closed off the healing light from source is repelled). We need balance in all areas.

So come along this Sunday, set your intention for your own healing and let it marry with the frequency of sound, and open yourself to a new pathway for wellbeing.

What to Bring:

- yoga mat or portable light mattress (something nice to lay on)

- pillow and booster (if you need something to support your head and lower back)

- a blanket (to keep warm)

- water bottle

- comfortable clothes (PJ's are welcome)

- you might like to bring some crystals / stones that support you and for making a medicine wheel / grid around you. (optional)

- anything you need for your comfort and wellbeing.

Bookings and payment are to be completed online prior to the event. No at the door payments. Places are limited - so please book early to secure your spot.

As there are still Covid-19 Health Restrictions in place, all attendees will need to adhere to the social distancing requirements for indoor events. To reduce physical contact points, bookings and payments are to be made online and there will be no passing of the marriage basket / talking stick or shared supper. There will also be no extra blankets available on the night, so please ensure you bring what you need to be comfortable and warm.

Do not attend this event if you have or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone who is, or if you have been interstate or overseas in the last 2 weeks or been in contact with someone who has been interstate or overseas in the last two weeks.

Generally if you are feeling unwell with virus or flu like symptoms stay home and seek medical advice.
