This group sacred sound healing will have a focus on welcoming in the beautiful energy of spring. It is time to fertilise, nurture and sprout new seeds of creation, as we shed our winter robes and welcome in the glorious new growth, colours, fragrances and beauty of spring energy.

Sound Healing is a safe and beautiful way to relax one's mind and body, to release stuck energy and to restore one's sense of wellbeing and purpose. It works within and across various states of consciousness and wellbeing (physical, emotion, mental, soul & source). Set your intention and let it marry with the frequency of sound, to open yourself to a new pathway for healing, wellbeing and manifestation.

What to Bring:

- yoga mat or portable light mattress (something nice to lay on)

- pillow and booster mat (if you need something to support your back)

- a blanket or shawl (to keep warm)

- water bottle

- comfortable clothes (PJ's are welcome)

- anything you need for your comfort and wellbeing.

Bookings and payment are to be completed online prior to the event. Places are limited - so please book early to secure your spot.

Tickets:

General - $15 per person or

Concession - $10 per person.

Please aim to arrive by 4.50pm to set up your space.

NOTE:

As there are still Covid-19 Health Restrictions in place, all attendees will need to adhere to the social distancing requirements for indoor events. To reduce physical contact points, bookings and payments are to be made online and there will be no passing of the marriage basket / talking stick or shared supper. There will also be no extra blankets available on the night, so please ensure you bring what you need to be comfortable and warm.

Please do not attend this event if you have or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone who is, or if you have been in a declared hot zone, been interstate or overseas in the last 2 weeks or been in contact with someone who has been interstate or overseas in the last two weeks.

Generally if you are feeling unwell with virus or flu like symptoms stay home and seek medical advice.
