Sun, 19 Oct, 4pm - 5pm NZDT

Event description

Your invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect in sacred stillness.

Lie back and get cosy as instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, crystal lyre, native flute, and handpan create a soundscape that carries you inward — a space to gently attune to your energy and the whispers of your heart.

Sound medicine offers many holistic benefits: easing stress, supporting restful sleep, shifting energy, restoring balance through harmonising overstimulation that accumulates in daily life, and so much more.

To help land in the space, choose an oracle card and anoint with luscious ceremonial oil. Afterwards, stay for a chat and a nourishing home-made treat, if you feel called.

I look forward to welcoming you into this nurturing experience.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, bolster, blanket and eye pillow is provided, however you're welcome to bring extra padding, blankets or anything else you'd like for comfort.

Doors open at 3:45pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get settled and take in the fabulous views before we start.

Parking:
Off-street parking
