A space to melt into calm and softness… to step away from the busyness and let your whole system unwind.

Through sound, vibration and stillness, you'll be guided into deep relaxation and reconnection.

What to expect:

time beforehand to choose an oracle card, anoint with Young Living essential oils and settle into the space
try an optional few drops of Blue Lotus tincture to support your nervous system
a safe, welcoming, heart-centred environment
a 60-minute immersive sound journey, beginning with a short guided meditation
instruments such as crystal & metal bowls, crystal lyre, gong, chimes, native american flute, and handpan - along with a little of my voice and perhaps some light language if it emerges
A nourishing treat at the end to support your return to the outer world

What to bring:

yoga mat, blanket, cushioning for your head, eye pillow if you have one (I'll have some to share)
extra padding to lie on for optimum comfort if desired, and anything else you feel to bring to support your time here, such as a favourite crystal

Parking:

There's plenty of off-street parking in the dedicated carpark

Doors open 10 minutes beforehand, allowing you time to arrive, settle and ease into the space before we begin.

No experience necessary, all welcome.

If you have any questions, I can be contacted on 021 323173, otherwise I look forward to seeing you there.
