A space where cobwebs can be cleared, so you can emerge feeling calmer, clearer, and more centred in yourself.

What to expect:

a warm, welcoming environment

a 60-minute immersive sound journey, beginning with a short guided meditation to help you settle, breathe, and arrive
instruments such as crystal bowls, crystal lyre, native flute, wind gong, chimes & handpan - specially chosen for this experience, along with a little of my voice
choose an oracle card, anoint with Young Living essential oils, or try a few drops of calming Blue Lotus tincture before or after the session
A nourishing treat at the end to support your return to the outer world

What to bring:

yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows are provided
feel free to bring additional padding to lie for extra support
you're welcome to bring a journal if you'd like to spend some time in reflection

Parking:

There's plenty of on-site parking.

Doors open 10 minutes beforehand, allowing you time to ease into the space before we begin. Feel free to come a little earlier to take in the beautiful view while you relax in the garden.

No experience necessary, all are welcome.
