Come on a journey with me through Sound Medicine with the accompaniment of Heart opening Mumma Cacao and Pineal activating Blue Lotus.
Together we share a delicious Heart opening cacao and give thanks for her origins and activations. We then drift into a meditation for the chakras to activate and vibrate then at their optimum frequency before drifting off to a Sound Healing.
The crystal quartz bowls and medicine drum help you access your parasympathetic nervous system to allow for deep rest and repair on a cellular level. Some participants experience past life regressions or access wisdoms from their guides or higher self. Even if you don’t experience these things you will still be vibrating on another level and feel calm, relaxed and rejuvenated
