Every Wednesday come and have your midweek reset with sound at the beautiful Studio Avasa. Be surrounded by the frequency of sound healing as you are taken on a restorative journey of rest and rejuvenation.

During the sound bath experience you'll lie down or sit comfortably, and you will be guided through a carefully curated soundscape of gong, Tibetan bowls, singing bowls and other instruments. The vibrations of these sounds will shower over you and bring you into a state of deep relaxation and calm, by helping you to quieten the mind, release tension and rejuvenate the body. This is a powerful way to unwind and calm the nervous system while letting go of stress and tapping into a deeper sense of well being.
