Following the phenomenal response to our first stand-alone Sacred Space evening in July — which reached near capacity — we are delighted to bring this cherished offering back for a second immersive evening. Created in response to the growing demand for more opportunities to experience Sacred Space beyond the annual Conscious Life Festival, this intimate gathering invites you to reconnect with yourself and like-minded souls in a heart-centred environment, celebrating the profound importance of in-person experiences for wellbeing and self-discovery.

Over these transformative hours, you will be guided through a powerful journey of breathwork, sound immersion, and energy alignment, led by two exceptional facilitators. Each session is thoughtfully curated to help you release stagnant energy, elevate your frequency, and realign your mind, body, and soul.

🌿 Facilitators

Manoa – Musician & Breathwork Facilitator Biophilic Breathwork & Sound Journey

Biophilic Yin Breathwork & Sound Journey by Manoa, aka Dr Steve Andrews, is a guided experience combining Yin breath, live music, Native American flute, and immersive nature soundscapes recorded in wild places. The session supports nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, deep listening, and connection with the natural world. Grounded and accessible, it is designed to help participants slow down, settle, and reconnect.

Manoa, aka Dr Steve Andrews, is a musician, breathwork facilitator, environmental educator, and PhD in Ecopsychology. His work combines live music, Native American flute, immersive nature soundscapes, and grounded nervous-system practices to support connection with the body, emotions, and the natural world.

Kat Moecks – Sound Healing Practitioner Immersive Sound Healing

Experience a deeply immersive sound healing journey using the powerful vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. These soothing frequencies help calm and regulate the nervous system, allowing your body and mind to release stress, restore balance, and enter a state of deep relaxation. As the sounds wash over you, you're invited to let go of the outside world, reconnect with yourself, and simply be — feeling grounded, renewed, and more like you again.

Kathrin is the founder of Sacred Sounds Academy, author, and passionate sound healing practitioner. With years of experience facilitating transformative one-to-one and group sessions, she creates deeply immersive experiences that help regulate the nervous system, restore inner balance, and empower people to reconnect with their authentic selves.
