Join me for a nurturing, immersive sound healing journey where you have all the space you need to drop into sacred stillness, deep relaxation and expansion.

You'll experience:

Brief, gentle movement to release energy from your day

A brief guided meditation leading into a soundscape from instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, crystal lyre, chimes, gong & handpan

Drift into an expanded state of peace and connection, raise your vibration and invite whatever energies you'd like more of into your being.

Please bring:

- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on

Doors open at 6:50 pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get comfy before we start.
