Through an evening of movement, meditation, embodiment practices, breathe and guided questions, enjoy an evening of getting to know people.

This experience also comes with an integration masterclass which is free, and important to attend off the back end of this intimate experience. This masterclass will take place 7.30pm on Tuesday 5th July via zoom. We encourage you to note this in your diary when you register to ensure you can join us.
