The cacao we share is Madre Tierra Cacao — our family’s direct-trade ceremonial cacao sourced from the lush highlands of Guatemala, where each bean is hand-peeled and stone-ground with love. Rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and natural theobromine, cacao awakens the heart and enhances the body’s ability to receive sound and vibration at a cellular level.

Once the cacao opens your heart, you’ll be guided by Yuki Lyons — a certified Yoga Nidra teacher, Yoga Nidra coach, and cacao ceremonialist. Through her soothing voice and meditative guidance, Yuki will lead you into Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep — a deeply restorative state where the body rests while the mind remains awake.
