We are thrilled to introduce Sacred Strength, a transformative men's circle designed for those ready to connect deeply with themselves and other brothers. Hosted by The Healing Breath at the Urangan Community Wellness Centre in Hervey Bay, this circle offers a unique space for men to explore their inner world and step into their true masculine power.

How to Join

Ready to join us on this transformative journey? Secure your spot now by getting yourself a ticket. Spaces are limited to 15 men each fortnight.

What to bring

Yoga Mat: Ensure your comfort as you sit and lay on the floor.

Pillow: A small pillow will add extra comfort, either to sit on or use under your head when laying down.

Blanket: Bring a blanket for yourself to use during our breathwork.

Eye Mask: An eye mask can help you block out any light and external distractions, allowing you to go deeper into your inner journey during breathwork.

Water: Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle.

Journal/Pen: A journal and pen are essential for capturing insights, reflections, and any emotions that arise during our time together. This practice supports personal growth and self-awareness.
