Hosted by The Healing Breath at the Urangan Community Wellness Centre in Hervey Bay, this circle offers a unique space for men to explore their inner world and step into their true masculine power.

How to Join

What to bring

Yoga Mat: Ensure your comfort as you sit and lay on the floor.

Pillow: A small pillow will add extra comfort, either to sit on or use under your head when laying down.

Blanket: Bring a blanket for yourself to use during our breathwork.

Eye Mask: An eye mask can help you block out any light and external distractions, allowing you to go deeper into your inner journey during breathwork.

Water: Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle.

Journal/Pen: A journal and pen are essential for capturing insights, reflections, and any emotions that arise during our time together. This practice supports personal growth and self-awareness.
