Our meditation class is a safe and inclusive space for you to come as you are and be welcomed. Enjoy being guided into meditation, followed by an invitation to reflect or share, set intentions & state affirmations. Gentle creative expression follows which assists in retaining the insights. Together we create a supportive and harmonious environment that fosters emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing for all.

It is recommended that you bring along your curiosity, a bottle of water, a yoga mat, blanket and cushion, as well as a notepad and a pen or pencil.

We also recommend that you wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and lying down. Whilst this group is held sitting on the floor, if that is difficult or uncomfortable, you are welcome to attend and be seated in a chair.

To gather in sacred circle for meditation is to embrace your unique and valued place in a community where you are deeply accepted, acknowledged, heard, felt and seen.

No prior experience is needed, everyone is welcome to attend.

Arrive exactly as you are and leave feeling deeply relaxed and rested.
