I know that women heal in community

When women gather in circle we can share our stories and truth in a way that is supported and  honoured

We are witnessed

We can soften, remember and heal 

I’ve walked this path myself.

I’ve felt the weight of judgment in spaces for choosing surgery.

I’ve carried grief which was mine as well as my ancestors' and I held it in my womb.

I’ve also learned that true healing is a very personalised thing.

It’s not for anyone else to tell us how it should be done.

One thing I know is that our womb is a sacred place of creation.

It gives life

It holds truth

And more often than not… it needs to be heard. 

Through my own process, I’ve come to know that when I crossed this threshold I needed to gather support from my community

That cycle work and womb alignment were key to my healing journey

That nourishment at any stage is multi faceted and not just food it’s a full body system power up

It's ongoing radical acts of self love

So in this circle we will gather to tell our stories

To meet our breath

To honour these life changing transitions

To enjoy some lovingly prepared and soul nourishing kitchen alchemy 

We’ll move slowly, gently, and with deep reverence for what has been and what’s still to come.
