This retreat is for women moving through life's thresholds—whether you are navigating perimenopause or menopause, burnout, grief, career or relationship changes, motherhood, migration, uncertainty, or simply feeling the quiet call that something within you is ready to AWAKEN.
Together, we will return home to the woman who trusts herself.

Horses do not respond to our masks.

Like mirrors, they reflect back what is ready to be seen, revealed and transformed.
Their calm, grounded presence invites us to slow down, regulate our nervous system, reconnect with our intuition, and remember the wisdom held within our own bodies.
In their presence, we are invited to meet ourselves exactly as we are, trust what is revealed, and transform what has been holding us back into courage, freedom and the confidence to follow our untamed nature.
