Sacred Women's Circle

Women's circles are sacred gatherings that women have embraced since time immemorial. It is a time to deeply connect and support each other as souls in these female bodies. There has never been a time where this has been needed even more. To have a safe space where you can be your authentic self: free from judgment and negativity.

Everything we touch and experience in life has a vibration: the thoughts we have, the food we eat, the way we talk to ourselves, and our bodies.

We barely have time to sit and note how we process the various impressions resulting from constant sound vibrations, be it through words, actions or reactions. Self-criticism, self-doubt, neglect of body, mind, and soul needs, and not feeling good enough are ways we deny ourselves a balanced life.

What we say to ourselves cuts the deepest, so let's change how we speak to ourselves and others. Open yourself up to positive ways to raise your vibration and energy. Put that positive force back into the world.

Reading Sacred yogi chants by women to open deep conversation.
Sharing realizations in harmony with the sacred circle.
Shakti chanting and dancing with your fellow sisters.
Closing the circle with thanks and gratitude.

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothing & footwear/indoor socks, and a soft blanket.

Swarupa is a naturally gifted yoga and meditation teacher. Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Swarupa, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, is committed to bringing a holistic understanding of the mind, body, and soul through the yoga lifestyle that she lives by. She is an active pursuer of self-growth and has facilitated many wellness retreats in Melbourne. Her passion is to touch the heart of those she encounters and to teach them how to consciously create alignment in their life. She teaches that through sound vibration and mantra chants, our consciousness and heart get purer leading to a more balanced and organic lifestyle.
