Sacred Women's Circle

Join us for our intimate and connective Sacred Women's Circle. 

Together we will journey through a beautiful heart opening cacao ceremony, a release ritual and self love liberation including somatic movement and meditation. During the circle as we move through the activities, each woman will have the opportunity to share. This is a safe and nurturing place to embrace your expressions and emotions, however they arise. You will be supported in any capacity you wish to share with the group. 

Sitting in circle is a traditional way to connect deeper with ourselves and other women in our community. 

Please bring:

-a yoga mat
- a pillow & small blanket (we can provide if you forget)
- wear something warm, including socks.

Bookings are essential. 

Exchange: $28 + $2.32 booking fee.
