This local Women's Circle was created with the main intention of creating a space where women can come to find some relief in the noise of the world. This space was created with careful attention to the softness and nuture needed to help women open, release and turn inwards.

There is a total of 6 sessions running over 6 weeks. Within the circle I use gentle movements to help the body release stagnant stored energy. I use guided meditation to help you drop in and connect. I use grounding techniques to bring you back into your body. This is a space for reflection and reconnection back to yourself. The most important person in your life.

All women in the circle receive energy healing in the form of Alchemy and each week we work with a different theme and Chakra centre. I use the 8 elemental energies to bring change and transformation into your life.

Each session runs for 60 to 90 mins.

Each gathering offered me time for deep reflection, personal growth and a sense of togetherness with other women. There was something very sacred about sharing this space.

Kat is an energy healer and space holder. She is a Master Practitioner with the Embodied I Ching and an Alchemist. She works with the 8 elemental energies and 8 main Chakra centres.

Kat uses Inner Alchemy to bring about transformation within a person's life and field.

Kat is an Intuitive who has had these gifts her whole life. She is soft in her nature and warm in her presence. She is very connected with nature and grounded in her being.

Prior to doing Energy Work full time, Kat had a career as a Social Worker and Counsellor for 18 years. She has studied Psychology and Social Welfare Studies and has several years of experience working with crisis and trauma.

Now, Kat holds a sacred space for women as they journey through their own healing. She is a facilitator of Sacred Women's Circles where women can gather locally and begin to open and unravel in a safe space. Creating a space for connection, presence, healing and come home to yourself.
