Jackie Labanok is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Join Jackie January 27th-31st to explore the chakras, invite in balance and to get steady with clear energy for your day. The practice begins with a twenty minute Kundalini inspired practice using movement and breath to balance the chakras which are energy centers. We shall further clear energies and invite in vitality and radiant energy to the chakras with the culmination of a 10 minute guided meditation. This grounding, centering and healing practice will be a lovely nourishing way to start your day. Please have blankets, blocks, a cushions or a bolster for our 10 minute meditation.
