Safe Driver: A Road Safety Presentation for Older Drivers - City of Ballarat

City of Ballarat, in partnership with RoadSafe Central Highlands is offering 'Safe Driver' - a 1.25-hour road safety awareness presentation for older drivers aged 55+.

The course will cover topics including:

• How to keep yourself safe and mobile
• Road rules
• Potential impacts of medical conditions, disability and medication on driving
• Strategies for safe mobility

Cost: Free

• Parking available on Albert St and Wilson’s Ln
• All abilities access via front and rear entrance
• Accessible parking – one at Albert St entrance/ one at Wilsons Ln entrance
• Accessible bathrooms
• Hearing loop available
• Wayfinding signs with Braille
• Tea and coffee facilities available
• Bus no. 24 from Ballarat Bus Interchange, including a short walk
