The two-day SAFe Scrum Master course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to excel as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This comprehensive training focuses on leading agile teams and understanding the Scrum Master's role in a team-of-teams environment, preparing participants to drive business value at scale within a lean-agile enterprise or government context.

Throughout the course, learners will explore how to implement Agile principles at scale, facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, and manage Iterations in the SAFe framework.
