Blue Mountains Safe Space for Suicide Prevention are hosting a free bbq & open day at our venue, 2 Station Street, Katoomba on 8th March 1pm-6pm. Drop in any time for as long or as little as you like. Join us for food and fun activities as we celebrate our two year anniversary of supporting people in our community. This event is appropriate for all ages and our volunteers are trained to have respectful conversations about suicide with anyone attending to find out more about what we do.
We welcome all members of our community to check us out for themselves or loved ones who may need support or just to learn more about how our volunteers with lived experience of suicide connect with guests and help them feel safe.
