Safer Cities Walk & Co-Design

Queer Family is supporting Byron Shire Council's Safer Cities project to make the walk from the bus station to Apex Park (Main Beach) safer.

We're inviting women, girls and gender-diverse folks to share their ideas.

We'd especially love creative minds to get involved as there is a public art component planned for 2027.

We will be walking from the bus interchange to Apex park (main beach), then heading back to Rainbow Central for snacks & creative scheming.

Some participants may be eligible for $150 payment for their time.

Participants aged 15 or under must attend with a parent.
