A 2.5 hour somatic experience where your ideas and creations stop living in your head and you become the one who fully expresss them out into the world!

YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BEING CALLED TO DO…

So why is it still not fully out there yet?

Maybe it’s a workshop or event you have been thinking about in your head for months, a methodology or movement that is wanting to be birthed through you...

Perhaps it's a retreat, a new offering, a stage you want to speak on, a podcast or those pieces of inspired writing that are still sitting in your notes app that you keep saying ‘one day’ you will put out there.

Or maybe you are already showing up in big ways and there are new and edgy ways of expressing yourself you are feeling called to share more of.

You just know that there is a version of you - a bigger, more unapologetic version that wants to emerge, be seen and expressed in the world!

You have wisdom, gifts and a message inside of you that you need to be sharing more fully. They're just not quite out there yet. Not in the form they deserve. Not yet fully reaching all the people who really need them.

You also know deep down that if you were to share yourself more fully that on the other side of it is the life that you keep dreaming of…

But something keeps stopping you right before you fully step into it.

You know the voice.

"Who am I to lead this?" "Why would people work with me over someone with more experience?"

"I need one more certification or training first”

"What if I put all this work into it and it fails?”

“What if I claim this much space and people judge and reject me?”

“What if being this visible, this powerful, this fully expressed doesn't land and I look stupid?”

"I'll do it once I’m not so busy with other things.” "I’ll do it after I get clearer. After I lose the weight. Once I feel more ready."

That voice is your nervous system - doing exactly what it learned to do. Protecting you from the vulnerability of being fully seen.

The problem isn’t lack of discipline, lack of strategy, or lack of you knowing enough.

It’s that your nervous system learned:

Visibility is unsafe.

And when visibility feels unsafe, people:

Procrastinate
Perfectionise
Overthink
Pivot constantly
Stay “busy”
Get stuck in idea overwhelm
Water themselves down
Stay hidden behind safer parts of themselves

When visibility feels unsafe your brain will literally do anything to avoid being seen.

Even when you deeply desire more expression, intimacy, leadership, creativity, and impact.

You do not need another strategy session or business plan.

You need your nervous system to feel safe enough to let out the thing that’s inside…

And that is EXACTLY what this workshop is designed to do.

Here's what will happen when you join this experience:

You arrive with the vision or ideas you have been sitting on and you get a felt sense of yourself fully expressing them, leading them and being seen in them as an embodied experience that your nervous system starts to feel safe inside of.
The fear of putting it out there - the tightening, the second-guessing gets to be met directly and the grip of that voice loosens and is replaced with a new empowering voice and belief system.
The next time you sit down to work - to write it, record it, speak it - you open the document or video and there is momentum, flow and focus. Hours pass as you are deep inside the thing and excited to finally put it out there!
You hit post, press send, go live, speak and you don't immediately want to take it back or hide. You feel it land and you feel proud of yourself for finally doing the thing and bringing your expression and vision to life!

And then one day you look back at everything you have created. The body of work that exists now because you stopped waiting.

The people whose lives are completely transformed because you finally let out what was inside of you.

The ripple effect of it that goes the further than you can even fully see because you finally showed up for the thing you are born to do.

You feel absolute joy, aliveness and fulfillment because you know you are living the life you once dreamed of!

This is Two and a half hours that will change how you show up forever...

You come in with your vision - the idea, workshop, the offer, the talk, the methodology, the pieces of writing, the podcast, the real dream, thing you know you are here to create or express. And we work with it directly.

01 The Somatic Opening

We begin in the body, not the mind. A guided somatic practice to bring you out of thinking mode and into your felt sense - so the real work can actually land. Your nervous system is the gatekeeper. We start here.

02 Meet the Parts That Hide and Protect

Every time you have held yourself back - there are parts behind it. They learned that fully claiming your power, your leadership, your desires, your creative expression carries risk. Using my signature methodology - the Embodied Shadow Play Method™, we meet these parts directly.

03 Embody the Leader You Are Becoming

This is where you step into an embodied experience of the version of yourself who is already doing the thing you want to do and living the life you dream of - the one delivering your vision - leading it, owning it, being fully seen in it.

Through somatic practice, embodied play and guided reflection, you will anchor this identity in your body and you will leave knowing what it feels like and know how to come back to it whenever you feel stuck.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF:

1. You have done trainings and certifications - you are a coach, healer, therapist, facilitator or practitioner who has done the courses and the knowledge and gifts are there but the offerings, the retreat, the methodology, the stage - it's still not fully out in the world in the form it deserves.

2. The Leader who is ready to go bigger - you are already doing meaningful work, but know this isn't the full version. You want to step into more speaking, larger events, a training program, a movement. The vision is clear and you are here to plant that flag in the ground for what you are truly here for.

3. The creative, writer, artist or performer still on the edges of owning it - you haven't fully claimed this identity yet. Still saying "I'm kind of a writer" instead of I am a writer". You are done waiting until it feels safer. You are ready to claim “this is who I am and what I do”.

This is the workshop for the person who is here to plant their flag in the ground.

Who is done circling on the thing.

Who is ready to finally let it out and be seen.

Who is here to make their dream fully expressed in the world.

"The vision and expression you have been sitting on is not waiting to be ready. It is waiting for you to feel safe enough to be seen in it" - EJ Love
