Join Celine Redfield for the New Moon as it marks the start of Sagittarius season. New Moons reset the lunar cycle and give us a chance to set fresh intentions for the month ahead. It also coincides with the first day of Sagittarius season, which encourages us to challenge our existing stories and create new ones through fresh experiences, learning, and stepping outside our comfort zone.

We will explore how to embody and harness the energy of this season, guided by the planet Jupiter, which invites us to focus on growth and expansion.

The session will begin with a hypnotic meditation, followed by a full hour of cleansing, clearing, and healing sounds. Afterward, there will be time for integration, journaling, and sharing your experiences.

Sound healing helps to reset the nervous system and deepen your connection with yourself and your intuition.

It can help with the following:

Improving sleep
Reducing anxiety
Reducing stress
Reducing Tension in the Body
Emotional Rebalancing
Nervous system reset
Clarity and feeling reconnected to oneself
