Event description
Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview welcomes family and friends to this great community sporting event. The games are first and foremost about the players, their enjoyment and the wonderful competition between these great schools.
With a large crowd anticipated, the College is doing what it reasonably can to ensure an enjoyable game environment and the safety of spectators and players. The College has worked with Police Local Area Command and venue security personnel whose role is to manage public entry and behaviour at the Oval.
With this rugby match being a school boys event please be aware there are certain restrictions and requirements all spectators are required to adhere to for this to be an enjoyable occasion:

3.15pm – 1st XVÂ
For your convenience, all spectators are encouraged to carpool or use public transport to access Leichhardt Oval. Light rail and buses are great options for supporters making their way to the Oval – both Lilyfield and Leichhardt North light rail stops are within easy walking distance, and Bus Routes M10, 470 and 440 stop only about 10 minutes’ walk away.
We also kindly request all spectators respect the local neighbourhoods leading to Leichhardt Oval.
