🍶 Paired with: Kimoto Bizen Omachi (RPR 65%) – Traditional Kimoto method, umami-rich with toasted grain and dried fruit notes.

🍶 Paired with: Tateyama (RPR 53%) – Smooth, balanced, highlighting its pristine rice and pure Shogawa River water source.

🍤 Mooloolaba King Prawn – Shiso butter, crustacean oil
🍶 Paired with: Yuki No Bousha (Junmai Ginjo, RPR 55%) – Delicate fruity and floral notes with hints of strawberry and peach, finishing light and dry.

🥩 Scotch Fillet 220g – Wafu sauce, garlic chips, green salad
🍶 Paired with: Dassai 39 (Junmai Daiginjo, RPR 39%) – Ultra-premium sake with a silky texture and a beautifully balanced sweetness and umami.
